Norman’s barn is centrally heated, with a fully equipped modern fitted kitchen. Enjoy the home from home convenience of a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, 50/50 fridge freezer, and a full range of glass ware, crockery and utensils.

The dining area seats six people on an oak refectory table beneath the galleried landing. It is open to the vaulted main sitting area. Leather sofas surround a large minster fire place, and custom built marble coffee table. French windows lead out to a small patio overlooking the historic village of Smisby.

For those who need more than the view, you can cosy up in front of the large television, or pick a good read from the book shelf. The barn boasts beautiful slate flooring, bespoke light fittings, stunning handmade oak doors and staircase leading to the galleried landing and first floor en suite twin accommodation.

Downstairs benefits from a double en suite bedroom. This is tastefully furnished with pale carpet and fitted wardrobes. Both en suites have heated towel rails, one contains a large shower, and the other a sit-bath with overhead shower. All towels, linen and heating are provided.
